Metal Ministry Inc. is one of the main manufacturer of Hastelloy C Forging as per the quality standard. Hastelloy C-22 also known as Alloy C-22, is a versatile nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with better overall corrosion resistance than other Ni-Cr-Mo alloys available today. Alloy C-22 has outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. It has excellent resistance to oxidizing aqueous media including acids with oxidizing agents, wet chlorine and mixtures containing nitric acid or oxidizing acids with chlorine ions.
The corrosion resistance of this alloy renders it suitable for many industrial applications, including, among others, electro-galvanizing rolls, flue gas scrubber systems, nuclear fuel processing, phosphoric acid production and sulfur dioxide cooling towers.
