Metal Ministry Inc. is one of the leading manufacturer of Hastelloy S Forging as per the quality standards. It retains strength and ductility after aging at temperature of 425 to 870°C[800 to 1600°F]. Hastelloy S is mainly developed for applications involving severely cyclical heating conditions where components must be capable of retaining strength, ductility, and metallurgical integrity after long time exposure and are extensively used as seal rings in gas turbine engines where its low thermal expansion coefficients is also important.
They have high creep and oxidation resistance. They are capable of functioning at very high temperatures and severe mechanical stress, and also where high surface stability is required.
